Andrea has 23 years of cake experience. She considers herself a true "cake snob" knowing the art of baking and the pleasure food can bring to a palate. Respecting and preserving the thought of using the purest ingredients to deliver the highest quality cake. Having a passion, sense of perfection and drive to be different has helped elevate Classic Cakes into something unique and unseen in the Midwest.
