For years we have been perfecting our recipes. It starts with the finest ingredients from organic milk and eggs to the highest quality imported chocolate and cocoa. Our cakes are scratch. All fillings are made from organic fresh fruits reductions and my icings are made with only unsalted butter. Our cakes are the best because of all the extra attention involved. |

I consider myself as an artist and my medium is sugar, flour and butter. I am continually inspired by the relationship between food and art and the satisfaction of creating for others. As a little girl I started helping make birthday cakes for my family and it blossomed from there. I have always respected and preserved the thought of using the purest of ingredients to deliver the highest quality cake. I believe my passion for wedding cakes and drive to be different is why we are so successful at what we do. I sleep, eat and breathe cakes 24 hours a day. I am so happy that I have an outlet for my artistic expression. We also feel honored to be trusted with such an important and a once in a lifetime task. |
